The Mulching Approach

Every machine runs a mulching blade as standard. Clippings are chopped fine and returned to the lawn — feeding the soil naturally instead of filling bags at the curb. No waste, no extra charge, and your lawn benefits from the nutrients. Bagging is available as an add-on if you prefer a cleaner look.

Leaf Cleanup — $65/Hour

Leaves are raked and blown out from beds and landscaping, mulched with the mower to reduce volume, then vacuumed and bagged for your municipality's curbside pickup. Bags provided. Most yards take an hour to an hour and a half. Your first visit includes the on-site assessment and the first hour of work — if more time is needed, we'll discuss it with you before continuing.

Regular Service Saves You Money

On a weekly or biweekly mowing schedule during fall, leaf cleanup is built in — the mulching blade handles what drops between visits as part of your regular cut. No extra charge. Waiting until end of season for one big cleanup always costs more. Regular maintenance is the cheapest way to handle seasonal leaf fall, and the lawn looks better for it. Weekly recurring customers save 10% on every visit.

Real Talk About Expectations

Every lawn is different and we love that — cookie-cutter yards are boring anyway. Our goal is a property that looks great, stays healthy, and makes you feel good about your space. If you're looking for something that could host the Masters Tournament, we're probably not your crew. If you want a well-maintained, natural-looking yard with a technician who actually cares — that's exactly what we do.

Fair warning: a healthy lawn is a team effort. We show up with sharp blades and good intentions, but we can't water your grass for you. We've tried willing it to rain — doesn't work. And we can't fertilize through sheer determination. We're always happy to share tips on watering, fertilizing, and seasonal care. We just need you to actually follow them.

Budgets are real and we're happy to work with yours. Just know that expectations should match the plan — biweekly with no watering produces different results than weekly with a sprinkler system. Both are totally fine. Just different outcomes.

Policies

A 50% rush surcharge applies to same-day and next-day requests. A $35 cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or refuse service on arrival. We accept card payments online — a secure payment link is sent after your booking is confirmed.
